Daily Prompt: The Excitement Never Ends

Tell us about the last thing you got excited about — butterflies-in-the-stomach, giggling, can’t-wait excited.

The last thing I got excited about was when my grandson was being born 6+ weeks ago. He came a couple of weeks early, and I was so excited that my baby girl was experiencing giving birth. We had worried that she would not be able to have a baby, since she had to have one ovary and tube taken out because of a cyst that had grown so large it twisted her ovary and cut off the blood supply. Therefore, her ovary had died.
God blessed her, and us, with this child. I hope she has more!
