Feng Shui – Pulsatilla

Feng Shui – Pulsatilla

The healing power of flowers is crucial in Feng Shui. But using flowers to create strong remedies is even more important for overall health. Pulsatilla is a homeopathic remedy made from wildflowers that helps diminish the heat some people naturally carry in their bodies. If you’re always warm, or you feel oppressed in hot weather, dissolving a few of these tablets under your tongue helps to lessen these symptoms. It’s also great for diminishing people-pleasing tendencies. …

Feng Shui – Pagoda

Feng Shui – Pagoda

Sacred relics are prized in Feng Shui, and handling them is a responsibility given to serious practitioners. A Relic Pagoda – a storage vessel for sacred relics – takes this up a notch. These containers embody the spiritual qualities of wisdom and compassion. They’re usually placed on an altar or in the home in front of an image of the Buddha. Add one to the center of your home for the ultimate blessings from this beloved deity. …

Feng Shui – Amber

Feng Shui – Amber

Amber isn’t technically a stone, but fossilized tree sap. It has a gorgeous array of warm colors from bright orange to golden honey. Known for removing energy blockages, it’s great for placing in areas with stagnant chi, such as a narrow hallway or a window facing a brick wall. Amber also strengthens the physical body and enhances altered states of consciousness, so it’s great for placing on an altar in the southwest area of your home to augment spiritual practices. …

As Above, So Below
…Longing to know,
we lift our faces to the night sky,
listen for star song,
seek moon blessings,
pray for their gifts
of light and prophesy.

Mercury, “The Thinker,” involves our communication skills: what we say, our words, our voice, and our thoughts,

Pisces reminds us to hibernate, to renew our wells with rest, introspection, feed our fertile imagination, and create safety for our sensitivity and intuition.
A sensitive solar eclipse in Pisces, can leave us feeling vulnerable, just as a rather explosive, feverish Mars/Uranus conjunction, squaring Pluto, stirs protests, demands action and lowers our impulse control. A victimized person or group may need our protection. Problems stimulate us to think outside of the box and across borders for solution.
Allow any masks of certainty to drop away, and release their thought patterns. Talk down fear. Let the instinctive time to act guide you.
With the New Moon in Pisces we grow sensitive, permeable, empathic and imaginative; let’s be gentle with one another. Tears flow easily.  Our energy level varies; we can swim in spirit, bathe in dreams, paint the night away, or just take a good long soak.
The Moon is PrG (Perigee) on Thursday, the point in the Moon’s orbit that is nearest to Earth. This makes the moon’s influence more intense. With the moon in Taurus it’s time to put steady and persistent action into what we started yesterday. Plant seeds and ideas in this fertile time. Friendly stubbornness sets the mood; if pushed, we just dig in our heels. Our sensuality brings us back into our bodies; our hungers sharpen.

Enjoy the entire weeks outlook on our Astology Connection webpage.

Hang on, we’re in for a bumpy ride. We have two apparently conflicting energy streams tugging us in different directions, and it’s up to us to ride these currents with grace; as the Sun conjuncts intuitive Neptune blurs the edge of reality and takes us into a soft imaginary world just as activating Mars conjuncts electrifying Uranus and turns up the engine of discontent.
As the Sun conjuncts Neptune in sensitive Pisces it calls us into our spirit and our imaginary worlds. We can be sensitive, intuitive, and hungry for spiritual practice, but can also get easily lost in our imagination and alternative facts. Our hopes and our fears, our dreams and our discouragements can warp our perception of what’s really going on. We can drift into a dream then be jolted back to reality.
In a quiet, creative or romantic moment, that Sun-Neptune conjunction can be magical. But the world sizzles and pops this week as . . .
Sunday, February 26: We can be an emotional bowl of mush today as a new Moon/Solar eclipse in Pisces seen in the extreme southern hemisphere, marks an emotional turning point. Let those feelings well up and spill out but don’t attach to the stories. Listen for some deep internal decision to end a . . .

Feng Shui – Butterfly

Feng Shui – Butterfly

Every human seeks happiness and tries to avoid sad or painful experiences. One of the most beautiful Feng Shui cures for happiness, love, and romance is the Butterfly. This symbol of the transformative power of love often makes people feel like they’re floating on air. This creature also symbolizes the freedom to choose your path. Placing images of Butterflies in the northeast area of love and marriage helps love take flight, while using them in the east boosts creativity. …
