Today’s Aromatherapy Tip of the Day: September 9, 2013 is Women’s Balancing Body Oil Recipe
If you are experiencing Unbalanced Hormones, Fluid Retention, Menstrual Cramps, Irregular Menstruations, PMS, and/or Hot Flashes and other symptoms of menopause, this Women’s Balancing Body Oil Recipe can help.
What you will need:
Glass Measuring Cup (To be used for Aromatherapy Recipes Only)
Measuring Spoons (Preferably Aluminum, Glass, or Stainless Steel to be used for Aromatherapy Recipes Only)
A small Dropper (To be used for Aromatherapy Recipes Only)
An empty 1-ounce Amber Glass Bottle
Geranium Essential Oil
Jasmine Essential Oil
Clary Sage Essential Oil
Ylang-Ylang Essential Oil
Evening Primrose Oil
Avocado Carrier Oil
Grapeseed Carrier Oil
This Recipe makes 1 ounce (30 ml)
Women’s Balancing Body Oil
12 drops Geranium Essential Oil
4 drops Jasmine Essential Oil
14 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
2 drops Ylang-Ylang Essential Oil
2 teaspoons (10 ml) Evening Primrose Oil
2 teaspoons (10 ml) Avocado Oil
1 Tablespoon (15 ml) Grapeseed Oil
Pour blended Oils into 1-ounce Amber Bottle, Label, and Store in a dark, cool place. Shake bottle to re-blend the oils before each use.
For bath – Place 10 to 15 drops to a warm bath. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes once daily.
For massage – Use up to 15 drops, Gently massage the lower stomach and/or the lower back area. If you have time and are lucky enough to have someone around that can perform a full body massage, use 30+ drops; Relax and Enjoy!
This recipe will bring hormonal balance, help shift emotional patterns, lift depression, and ease you through your menstrual cycle or a time of stress.
