Changes

Changes

As summer changes into fall, it is time to fully embrace Mother Nature’s wonderful and colorful changes. Be flexible like the season’s and willing to change for the better. Remember, it is never too late to change your life.

I do not like change. I can do it gradually, like the changing of the season’s, but a sudden change throws me for loops that takes me a while to get over. I have learned to let aromatherapy help me with gentle change and with sudden changes. Following are some recipes that I use:

Ease Into Change (Essential Oil Recipe)

Mix the following essential oils with 1 ounce carrier oil:

11 drops Cypress for Comfort

Most all of us get warts at some point in our life. To treat a wart, the essential oil must be placed directly to the wart, while trying to avoid the healthy skin surrounding the wart.
