Saturday: Challenging Moon/Mars aspects instigate irritability, willfulness, anger, hurry, a competitive or contrary attitude. Exercise, chop wood, take a brisk walk, acknowledge desires or frustrations, and then finesse that argument. Exercise awareness. Mars is our will to act, show initiative and ambition.
The moon in airy Gemini brings forth communication, networking, curiosity and we become quick witted. We connect with like minds and build a network of understanding.

Sunday: Callenging Moon/Venus aspect can bring social awkwardness, hot or cold emotions, longing, questionable aesthetics. Perform a random act of kindness, diplomacy, or do some art therapy.

Monday:Autumn Equinox

The Mother Sun shines directly on the Equator again, and dances our day and night into balance. Since Summer Solstice, the hours of daylight have been greater than the hours from dusk to dawn. For the rest of the Wheel of the Year, the reverse holds true. . . .
The rhythm of the solar wheel suggests rest. We slow down to gently observe, absorb, and rejoice in Gaia. . . .

Sun Moves into Libra
2019 Year at a Glance for Libra (Sept. 23–Oct. 23) A big theme of this year will be work/life balance. It’s time to purge any worn-out ideas you have about home. Although a strong foundation is vital when creating shelter, your ideas of home don’t have to be rigid, old-fashioned, or stunted by too many rules. . .
. . . get specific about what is essential for you to feel rooted-—and turn the rest into compost. The work you are called to do—whether paid or unpaid—can be a source of renewal and vitality this year. . . .
.  . . gift of this year includes unknowing who you are.
. . . take a class to learn an empowering skill. Get to know your neighbors and their dreams. Write a heartfelt letter to a sibling.  excerpt Rhea Wolf © Mother Tongue Ink 2018 W’M 2019 pg 145

Challenging Moon/Mercury aspects bring a tendency to get lost in the mind and inspire glitches in all things Mercurial; we can get more edgy, irritable, anxious, scattered, diffused, glib. Reconnect mind and heart.
Supportive Moon/Mars aspects give us strength, protectiveness, help us lift rocks, spark passion, establish clear boundaries. A good day to work out, take a stand, and get physical.

Wednesday: Choose supportive Moon/Venus aspects to be diplomatic or nurture romance. They warm our hearts and add sociability, cuddliness, compassion, creativity and good taste.
A good day to think, talk or travel. Positive Moon/Mars aspects loan us speed and consciousness, the ability to think things through, help us bring our minds to any problem and find an answer.
Friday: Perigee (PrG): The point in the Moon’s orbit that is nearest to Earth. Transits with the Moon, when at perigee, will be more intense.
Supportive Moon/Mars aspects give us strength, protectiveness, help us lift rocks, spark passion, establish clear boundaries. A good day to work out, take a stand, and get physical. all excerpts by Heather Roan Robbins unless otherwise noted from W’M 2018 & 1019

Autumn begins officially on Monday as the Sun enters Libra 1:50 AM. For this last weekend of summer, as the Sun leaves Virgo and enters sociable Libra, let’s appreciate the harvest of our work and the bounty of our relationships. The fall equinox creates an opportunity for an opening, so consider where to use this gift. It’s a great weekend to dream and introspect.

Dreams could pour in this weekend, along with floodwaters and questions about who is speaking the truth; we get the last pass of a tricky nine-month transit as expansive Jupiter squares foggy Neptune on Saturday for the third time since January 2019 (exact January 19, June 16, and this Saturday). This confusing Jupiter-Neptune square coincided with a year of Neptune problems: floods, soaking storms, soggy fields, threats of contamination, and a cloud of misinformation around what is and is not “fake news”. Some people have had struggles with sugar and alcohol, their spiritual life, or with some personal or political illusions (whether they know it or not), all Neptunian issues. These issues get potentially easier to tackle directly in the weeks ahead. Though we may have some rough wake-up calls in the process.

… We may personally need to clear up some misperception of our own or misunderstanding with a friend or family member. If we feel any depression or frustration with one another, let’s assume the clouds make it hard to see one another, and search for a deeper mutual understanding. This aspect also has gifts to offer, it encourages us to see the heartbreaking beauty of the last days of summer and brings a hunger for sweetness, for comfort and magical connection. . . .
