2019 encourages you to step out to engage the community and share your passion. The spring brings fiery flashes of synchronicities, propelling your spiritual life out of its rut and opening you to exciting journeys both literal and metaphoric. Pay attention to the signs, and you will find wild meaning and intention for your life. Although communications with your significant others may feel strained or confusing in March, resist the urge to over-explain things. This year, Mercury is illuminating the difficulties and talents of your social self—how you communicate, negotiate, and collaborate with others. You don’t have to let everyone know your feelings, but it’s imperative that you know how you’re feeling. Take time to do an emotional check-in before meetings, gatherings, or dates. . . . excerpt Rhea Wolf © Mother Tongue Ink 2018 from W’M 2019 Moon VIII pg 131
Sunday: Moon sextile Mars — A good day to work out, take a stand or get physical. Supportive Moon/Mars aspects give us strength, protectiveness, help us lift rocks, spark passion, establish clear boundaries. Mars is our will to act, initiative and ambition.
Monday: Moon sextile Venus — A good day to be diplomatic, nurture romance and create. Supportive Moon/Venus aspects warm our hearts and add sociability, cuddliness, compassion, creativity and good taste. Venus is our relationships. Love, sent of beauty and empathy. Moon trine Neptune:Do you need to be inspired? Pray? Meditate? Intuit? Dream an impossible dream? Choose supportive Moon/Neptune aspects. During these times barriers thin; we become permeable, intuitive, sensitive, and compassionate.
Thursday: Venus moves into Virgo — Venus enhances our sense of relationship, love, sense of beauty and empathy. A good day to be diplomatic, nuture romance or be creative. Venus aspects warm our hearts and add sociability, cuddliness, compassion, creativity and good taste. Moon conjunct Mercury — Positive aspects between the Moon and Mercury make this a good day to travel, talk or communicate. They loan us speed and consciousness, the ability to think things through, help us bring our minds to any problem and find an answer. Mercury is all about communication travel and thought.
Friday: New Moon in Virgo New beginnings — Earthy Virgo is mercurial, curious, critical, and engaged. The mood sharpens our minds and nerves, and sends us back to work. The moon at Perigee (PrG) is the point in the Moon’s orbit that is nearest to Earth. Transits with the Moon, when at perigee, will be more intense.

Virgo season kicks in full time this week as the Sun joins Mars and Venus in Virgo today, Friday morning. . . . the industry of seeds and harvest, a time to step back from the cultural richness and emotional extremes of summer and step into the real work of fall. . . . . . . Virgo is connected to the nervous system and the intestinal tract, the part of our body whose job is to sort the nutrients from the waste, and absorb the goodness, a wonderful metaphor for the work of Virgo season. . . .
. . . we could feel other people’s opinions more acutely than our own; under the mutable Virgo empathic influence we can develop a chameleonlike response, so let’s choose carefully what we tune into. . . .
. . . As the weekend begins, the Moon enters Gemini and our nerves crank up. While we multitask with ease, nervous anxiety revs easily. . . . Saturday, a luscious time to take care of our health, to stretch our body and commune with our garden. . . . corral our thoughts when they wander into worst-case scenarios or possibilities that could go wrong. . .
. . Catch the mind when it starts to chew on oneself, or chew on beloveds, to worry or second guess. When we find our mental hamsters unproductively spinning the wheels of our brain, put that nervous energy to good use. . . . we can use our critical nature to distance ourselves from others, anxiety can make it hard to connect. . . . find common ground. Catch people doing something right, focus on their gifts, feel the heart with gratitude, and reap the Virgo bounty.
