2019 Year at a Glance for Libra
(Sept. 23–Oct. 23) A big theme of this year will be work/life balance. It’s time to purge any worn-out ideas you have about home. Although a strong foundation is vital when creating shelter, your ideas of home don’t have to be rigid, old-fashioned, or stunted by too many rules. 

Pluto and Saturn are pressuring you to get specific about what is essential for you to feel rooted-—and turn the rest into compost. Saturday:The moon is Apogee (ApG): The point in the Moon’s orbit that is farthest from Earth. At this time, the effects of transits may be less noticeable immediately, but may appear later. Mars is our will to act, initiative and ambition. When in earthy Virgo we become more mercurial, curious, critical, and engaged. The mood sharpens our minds and nerves, and sends us back to work.
Monday: If you need to think travel or talk choose a good relationship or aspect between Mercury and the Moon. They loan us speed and consciousness, the ability to think things through, help us bring our minds to any problem and find an answer.
Tuesday: The Sun energizes all Moon things: the public, nurturance, home, intimacy, habit, and the tides of emotion. Supportive aspects ease the emotional realm . . . 
Venus is about our relationships, love, sense of beauty and empathy. Supportive Moon/Venus aspects warm our hearts and add sociability, cuddliness, compassion, creativity and good taste. A good day to be diplomatic, nuture romance or be creative.
Friday: The Sun, our sense of self radiating outward, character and ego moves into Virgo. The mood sharpens our minds and nerves, and sends us back to work Airy Gemini influences our ommunication, networking, curiosity and quick wittedness. We connect with like minds and build a network of understanding
     The Moon is our inward sense of self, emotions and psyche and Venus our relationship, love, sense of beauty and empathy are square. This Challenging Moon/Venus aspect can bring social awkwardness, hot or cold emotions, longing, questionable aesthetics. Cure: perform a random act of kindness, diplomacy, art therapy. 

This day challenging Moon/Mars aspects instigate irritability, willfulness, anger, hurry, a competitive or contrary attitude. Cure: exercise, chop wood, take a brisk walk, acknowledge desires or frustrations, and then finesse that argument. Exercise awareness.

The astrological season is almost ready to shift. While this weekend promises some sweet summer stories, next week brings the first hints of the industrious fall ahead.
On Friday Mercury, the Sun, Venus, Mars, and asteroid Junoare all lined up in expressive, emotive Leo. We can tell great stories, but he news headlines may continue to feel overblown, mythic, and, sometimes unbelievable. On a good day this line-up just adds joy to gatherings, pizzazz to creative endeavors in performance arts, extra lightning to storms. Other days it can add an over-the-top drama, we look at the headlines and wonder who wrote that script, but can make the story no less tragic because it’s melodramatic.
Relationships and busy social schedules can uplift us but require lots of emotional energy. The volume is cranked on our emotions, and maybe sometimes we won’t want to care because if we do, will care so much that we feel overwhelmed.  On Friday and Saturday, a sensitive Pisces Moon adds to this an empathic, almost maudlin streak. . . .
