Saturday: Good relationships or aspects between Mercury and the Moon loan us speed and consciousness, the ability to think things through, help us bring our minds to any problem and find an answer. Supportive Moon/Venus aspects warm our hearts and add sociability, cuddliness, compassion, creativity and good taste.
Sunday: Challenging Moon/Mars aspects instigate irritability, willfulness, anger, hurry, a competitive or contrary attitude. Cure: exercise, chop wood, take a brisk walk, acknowledge desires or frustrations, and then finesse that argument. Exercise awareness.
Tuesday:Mercury RetrogradeMercury, planetary muse and mentor of our mental and communicative lives, appears to reverse its course three or four times a year. We may experience less stress during these periods by taking the time to pause and go back over familiar territory and give second thoughts to dropped projects or miscommunications. Breakdowns can help us attend to the safety of mechanics and mobility. It’s time to “recall the now” of the past and deal with underlying issues. Leave matters that lock in future commitments until Mercury goes direct.
March 5–28: When Mercury retrogrades in Pisces, allow for reflective time into your past, and flesh out old grievances. Upgrade current concerns. Refresh your connections. Sandra Pastorius © Mother Tongue Ink 2018
Wednesday: Do you need to work out? Take a stand? Get physical? Supportive Moon/Mars aspects give us strength, protectiveness, help us lift rocks, spark passion, establish clear boundaries. Moon phases are really a Sun-Moon relationship. The Sun energizes all Moon things: the public, nurturance, home, intimacy, habit, and the tides of emotion. Supportive aspects ease the emotional realm; challenging aspects can create tension between how we feel and the events around us. When the moon is in Pisces we experience introspection, imagination, sensitivity and intuition. We process and gestate our dreams.
Thursday: Do you need to think? Talk? Travel? Choose a good relationship or aspect between Mercury and the Moon. They loan us speed and consciousness, the ability to think things through, help us bring our minds to any problem and find an answer.
Friday: Do you need to be diplomatic? Nurture romance? Create? Choose supportive Moon/Venus aspects. They warm our hearts and add sociability, cuddliness, compassion, creativity and good taste.excerpts adapted from Heather Roan Robbins‘ WM 2018 pgs 226 & 15-17 and WM 2019 pgs 15-17 unless otherwise specified
excerpt by Heather Roan Robbins—Visit our Astology Connection page for the complete daily predictions for the week and an overview of the Year for the current SunSign. The planets suggest our feelings may be as soggy as snowmelt . . . . . . some repeating pattern can either give us an opportunity to do it right this time, or make uncomfortable with the status quo. Next week the conditions inside and out can get even sloppier as Mercury retrogrades (appears to back up) in sensitive swampy Pisces. Beauty-loving Venus can help us find a temporary cure for our tough moods if we start an unusual conversation with people outside our normal framework or engage our hearts in an act of compassion or dive into some creative project as Venus squares eccentric Uranus and then leaves Pisces to enter friendlier, if less emotionally intimate, Aquarius. . . Women come to the rescue and see the need for change. The artist within us can find an answer when the logician in us cannot. . . . One thing we do have to look out for in our restlessness is an illusion that all change is good. A Venus-Uranus square can make us feel like the grass is greener, . . . easy to imagine that any problems we feel are the responsibility of the people around us rather than the existential zeitgeist, and think that a new relationship, different friends, new country, will solve the problem. But wherever we go, there we are. …everything slows down another notch, or gets complicated, as the Moon enters sensitive Pisces and Mercury retrogrades in Pisces on Tuesday. This will feel like a super retrograde Mercury with an elongated cycle, so let’s find a good way to work with the energy.
Under this elongated Neptune-Mercury conjunction we need to find a good way to be sensitive, but not get stuck in an emotional swamp, explore with imagination but not get lost in conspiracy theories. Our imagination will be stronger than our concrete logic throughout March. We also have another shift this week, . . . Uranus enters Taurus. Uranus, the cosmic clutch, brings change to whatever sign it traverses. Taurus speaks of material comfort and stability.
