Easy or supportive relationships—like the conjunction, trine, and sextile—describe comfortable and supportive flow between the two planets and all things they govern. Challenging relationships—like a square or opposition—are tension-producing and discordant.
Saturday: Do you need to be diplomatic? Nurture romance? Create? Choose supportive Moon/Venus aspects. They warm our hearts and add sociability, cuddliness, compassion, creativity and good taste.
Supportive Moon/Mars aspects give us strength, protectiveness, help us lift rocks, spark passion, establish clear boundaries.
Monday: Challenging Moon/Venus aspects can bring social awkwardness, hot or cold emotions, longing, questionable aesthetics. Cure: perform a random act of kindness, diplomacy, art therapy.
Wednesday: Do you need to think? Talk? Travel? Choose a good relationship or aspect between Mercury and the Moon. They loan us speed and consciousness, the ability to think things through, help us bring our minds to any problem and find an answer.
Thursday: Moon trine Venus brings the supportive aspects of sociability, cuddliness, compassion, creativity and good taste
Mars is our will to act, initiative and ambition. When in Pisces our introspection, imagination, sensitivity and intuition are enhanced. We process and gestate our dreams. With Moon conjunct Mars aspects give us strength, protectiveness, help us lift rocks, spark passion, establish clear boundaries.
Friday: Venus our relationships, love, sense of beauty and empathy goes direct. When a planet is in direct motion, planetary energies are more straightforward; in retrograde, planetary energies turn back in on themselves and are more involuted.
Mercury goes retrograde. November 16–December 6:. When Mercury dips from Sagittarius back into Scorpio’s territory, share intimately your underlying fears. Cull out any resentments that hinder your full participation, allowing trust to heal.

Look for burst of honesty this Friday as the Moon conjuncts talkative Mercury in outspoken Sagittarius. A helpful and warmhearted trine between Venus and Mars in talkative air signs helps us speak up with one another, open lines of communication, and make plans for the future. Just watch for a tendency to get complacent in those opinions. Like a hopeful election results, good news and good plans need to be cultivated in the future.
But we don’t have to just talk about it, over the weekend a wonderfully competent Capricorn Moon encourages us to follow through and do the work. Sunday and Monday feel the call back to work, both the desire and the competence to pick up our work where we left off a few weeks ago as the Sun sextiles Pluto. Some people may wrestle with the grim mood, most of us can feel satisfaction as we make progress.
Midweek is more sociable if less focused, but good for team meetings and coordinating plans for the coming holidays. The Aquarius Moon encourages us to think cooperatively, but our opinions may still be entrenched. Wait until the coming weekend to try and change someone’s opinion. We may need to step away from national and interpersonal politics for a bit and come back to our own emotional processes towards the end of the week as the Moon and Mars enters sensitive Pisces on Thursday.
Mercury retrogrades . . . so let’s work that into our holiday preparations and do the prep work now. Buy tickets and send out invitations, but keep plans flexible to manage unexpected events. We may already notice a whiff of confusion and uncertainty, the occasionally vague and fuzzy thinking as mental Mercury moves into a square with intuitive, confusing Neptune at the end of the week. . . .
