Gratitude

Found out yesterday that I have rheumatoid arthritis. Go to see my rheumatologist this morning to discuss treatment options. I am grateful that my chronic kidney disease has not gotten so bad that I have to go on dialysis. I am grateful that my fatty liver disease has not progressed to the point of having to have a transplant. I think I can live with RA.
I have already changed my diet, got off some unnecessary medications, and started taking healthy supplements, so I don’t think the lifestyle changes I need to make will be radical.
I feel blessed, grateful, and thankful.
