Fun Halloween Aromatherapy
First of all, Frank is my man! But I’m willing to share him, okay.
Supports healthy healing skin.
Promotes feelings of calmness and balance.
Increases spiritual awareness.
May help smooth the appearance of healthy-looking, aging skin.
Use to alleviate nervous energy.
Great for anyone who might need extra help focusing.
How to use: Diffuse, apply on skin following dilution protocols, or take internally. (White labels indicate the oil is part of the Vitality line, which has been approved as GRAS, meaning generally regarded as safe for consumption. Although the picture does not have a white label, frankincense can be ordered from the Vitality line and will have a white label. The same oil in the bottle with the white label is the same exact oil in the bottle with the regular label).
***Personal Note: I use Frankincense daily in my moisturizer. I have never had so many compliments on my skin in my entire life!***
***Also, amazing things can be found when researching Frankincense! I encourage you to do so.
And did you know that Frankincense can cross the blood/brain barrier??!!
Supports a healthy digestive system.
Helps alleviate nausea & upset/sour stomach.
Supports a healthy immune system.
Useful for occasional irregularity or constipation.
Can offer relief from occasional heartburn.
Alleviates fullness, bloating and occasional gas from overeating.
How to use:
Rub a drop or two on your belly or sternum area. Follow all dilution protocols. May take a drop or two in a capsule or drink a few drops in an ounce of water.
***Personal Note: I love the smell of this blend, but did not like the taste. I chose to take it in a capsule with olive oil to help with my digestive system and absolutely love the results. I simply inhale directly from the bottle for nausea. I also apply a drop, or two, of Digize diluted with a bit of carrier oil to my abdomen if I’ve eaten something I shouldn’t and need a little extra support. 🙂 I have been using this for a few months, now, and rarely have an issue with nausea or heartburn anymore. I make sure I’m never low on Digize!***
Some people like to pronounce this Pain-Away, if that’s any hint to its many uses.

How to Use – apply topically with a carrier oil
*** Personal Note: Panaway is a lifesaver around here. I oil up with it daily. We use it for head tension, knees, feet, ankles, neck, back, etc. I do not leave the house without it! I’ve used it for bruises and the discoloration faded quickly and I experienced no pain or soreness!***
Helps Stress go Away! Basically… This is one of my absolute favorites! The scent is like a tropical island in a way. Lime with vanilla and the woodsy copaiba and cedarwood followed by the floral lavender and ocotea. Such a wonderful scent! It really calms this witch, for sure!
Help reduce nervous tension and induce relaxation.
Supports the nervous system when exposed to occasional stress.
Helps to reduce stressors so that normal sleep patterns can be maintained.
Perfect addition to an epsom salt bath!
How to Use – topically and aromatically.
***Personal Note: Sometimes being a human can cause stress. I use it as perfume so I can be the person I want to be all the time!!!***

How to Use – Diffuse, Ingest, or apply Topically
(When applying topically use a carrier oil as peppermint can be considered a “hot” oil, as the cooling, tingly sensation can be too much for some people. Also avoid sensitive areas)
Avoid use while nursing until you determine your own body’s reaction as peppermint can reduce milk supply in some mamas.
*** Personal Note: One of our VERY favorite oils! I use it on my joints. We add it to our toothpaste sometimes. We love it for making breathing easier. I diffuse it with rosemary for focus and energy. SO many uses with peppermint.***

We love our essential oils and have seen great improvements in our physical, emotional, and even spiritual well-being! Just know that I cannot say what oils will do for you. I can only tell you what they have done for me. I can tell you that I love researching everything. And I can tell you that there are many, many studies about essential oils and what they can do that have been published on PubMed.gov and in medical journals. And I urge you to do your own research from these and other trusted sources.
