Essential Oils that Provide Relief for Sufferers of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

If you suffer from seasonal affective disorder, the following essential oils can provide relief and emotional support: Frankincense, Geranium, Jasmine, Neroli, Patchouli, Rose Otto, and/or Ylang Ylang.

Try placing 8 to 10 drops of one of the essential oils into your bath water; Wear 2 to 4 drops as a body perfume; Add 3 to 5 drops to water in an Aroma Lamp, Diffuser, or Oil Burner.
