Share Your World – 2014 Week 20

If you could go back and visit any time period, what time would you travel to and why?
I would like to go back to the year 1710. The first of my German ancestors arrived in New York, and I would love to be able to greet them and find out for sure why they had left their country for the United Sates.

If you could have three wishes granted for you alone, what would they be? This is a time for you to dream and have fun.
1. I wish my first novel was a best-seller.
2. I wish my backyard was an equipped play yard for my grandchildren.
3. I wish I had three rooms added to my home.

Wanting something to quench your thirst, what would you drink?
Ice Cold Bottled Water

If you watch TV what are your favorite three television shows?
I don’t watch much tv, but when I do it is usually:
1. The Local News
2. Pawn Shop
3. Real Time with Bill Maher

Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I am grateful that my Dr.’s appointments went well and that I was blessed with the company of my youngest daughter and my youngest grandson for the weekend.
This week I’m looking forward to another birthday and my daughter, son-in-law, oldest grandson, and youngest granddaughter are coming for a four day visit for Memorial Day.
Fun in the Sun.

  1. Sounds like a great weekend in store. I like your time to travel to. How would you use your three new rooms?

    1. One would be an office for me, another a bedroom for my grandsons, and the third a bedroom for my granddaughters. I might as well throw in a fourth, another bathroom. 🙂
