Share Your World – 2014 Week 19

Do you prefer shopping or going to a park?
Going to a park. I hate shopping. I enjoy shopping online, but to actually go into a store…not my thing. Hubby does all the grocery shopping.

What is the highest score you’ve ever made in bowling? Actual or virtually played.
It has been so long since I have bowled, even virtually, that I can’t remember my scores.

Name the foreign countries you’ve been to.
None.

Describe your own outlook on life in seven words or less.

Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I am so thankful that I was blessed with enjoying four, of my six, grandchildren over the weekend. My youngest one, I had all day Saturday, then he and mom spent the night. It was a great Mother’s Day. My mom came to my home and cooked chicken and dumplings for all of us. We were all blessed.
This week I’ve got two doctor’s appointments back to back, one Tuesday and one Wednesday. I’m looking forward to planting my tomato and pepper plants on Thursday. Then, I get to go babysit my youngest grandson on Saturday.

  1. For me I would rather be in nature. Mexico is as close to Foreign as I ever got, Out look on life? I don’t suffer fools. Grateful for some sun, family and friends. Looking forward to getting this stupid boot off and my toe to be healed. (Long story) 🙂

  2. As I have been reading the answers to Cee’s questions, I am finding a trend. Almost everyone would rather go to the park. How do you get your husband to shop?

Your grandchildren are cute. I spent two days with mine last week.

    1. My husband actually enjoys it, most of the time. I am unable to drive, due to health conditions, and it’s no problem at all for him to stop and shop for anything we may need, on his way home.
Aren’t grandchildren so special! Thank you for the compliment. They all look like me of course. 🙂
