V is for Varicose Veins, Viscosity, and Vomiting

Treatment for Varicose Veins is by bath, (8 to 10 drops of blend), and/or by massage, (12 to 25 drops). When using massage for varicose veins, do not massage the vein directly, instead, massage the area around the varicose vein. This will help drain the blood from the varicose areas.
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of your chosen carrier oils:
25 drops Cypress
20 drops Geranium
Swirl gently, until all oils are thoroughly mixed.

Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of your chosen carrier oils:
16 drops Cypress
13 drops Geranium
16 drops Lemon
Swirl gently, until all oils are thoroughly mixed.

Today, we are going to discuss a little about the Viscosity of Essential Oils. I’m going to repeat a bit from another post: When purchasing essential oils, it is preferable to purchase from a supplier that specializes in aromatherapy. Many brands of essential oils are flooding the USA, some of which are adulterated. Remember, only pure essential oils will give you the desired health benefits. Synthetics will give you a nice scent, but no health benefits.
Various essential oils have different viscosities: some are very light, almost like water, (Peppermint and Rosemary), while others are thick like syrup, (Myrrh and Patchouli). Be careful with the lighter, watery essential oils, as some may pour out of the dropper very quickly, and some of the heavier oils take a longer time to come out of the dropper.
Another note on droppers: when using droppers for your essential oils, be sure to use a different dropper for each oil, so that you don’t contaminate them.
Make sure you store your essential oils in a cool, dry, and dark place. Never pour your essential oils, or the blends that you make, into a clear container. Essential oils and your blended oils should always be in an amber, or other dark, bottles, (blue, black, etc…).

To help cure vomiting, try one of the following recipes:
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of your chosen carrier oils:
25 drops Basil
10 drops Chamomile (Roman)
10 drops Cinnamon
Swirl gently, until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Treatment is by bath, (8 to 10 drops), and/or stomach massage, (12 to 20 drops). Massage can be used once every four hours. Bath can be used up to three times a day.

25 drops Ginger
10 drops Nutmeg
10 drops Peppermint
Swirl gently, until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Treatment is by bath, (8 to 10 drops), and/or stomach massage, (12 to 20 drops). Massage can be used once every four hours. Bath can be used up to three times a day.
