S is for Sensitive Skin, Sunburn, and Sweaty Feet

To treat Sensitive Skin, use the following recipe, on your face and neck, at least two times a day. Massage 3 to 5 drops of the following blend, into your face and neck. Rinse with tepid water and pat dry.
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce Jojoba oil:
15 drops Chamomile (Roman)
15 drops Lavender
15 drops Rose
Swirl gently, until all oils are thoroughly mixed.

Summer is almost upon us. Even during the Spring days, one can acquire a sunburn. To cool a sunburn, soak in a cool bath for 10 to 15 minutes. After patting your skin dry, apply 12 to 20 drops as a massage on the sunburned area.
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of Jojoba oil:
25 drops Lavender
20 drops Peppermint
Swirl gently, until all oils are thoroughly mixed.

If you, or someone in your household, suffer from sweaty feet, try the following recipe:
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of Jojoba oil:
25 drops Cypress
20 drops Tea Tree
Swirl gently, until oils are thoroughly mixed.
Treatment is by a warm footbath. Add 8 to 10 drops of the blend and soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes. Use (12 to 20 drops) as a foot massage, after thoroughly drying the feet. This is best used right before going to bed, so that you can leave the feet to breathe, instead of applying socks.

Another recipe to try:
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of Jojoba oil:
10 drops Citronella
10 drops Cypress

Treatment is by a warm footbath. Add 8 to 10 drops of the blend and soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes. Use (12 to 20 drops) as a foot massage, after thoroughly drying the feet. This is best used right before going to bed, so that you can leave the feet to breathe, instead of applying socks.
