P is for Pain, Pleurisy, and Psoriasis
The essential oil recipes in this post are for muscular pain. Treatment is by massage, (8 to 12 drops), directly onto the area of pain. The following blends can also be used in the bath, 8 to 10 drops.
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of your chosen carrier oil:
13 drops Cajeput
16 drops Camphor
16 drops Coriander
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of your chosen carrier oil:
14 drops Chamomile (Roman)
17 drops Eucalyptus
14 drops Nutmeg
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
If you suffer from Pleurisy, the following essential oil recipes will be very beneficial. Treatment is by chest rubs, (massages), hot compresses, and/or using 3 to 5 drops of the recipe added to warm water in the dish of an Aroma Lamp, Diffuser, or Oil Burner.
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of your chosen carrier oil:
14 drops Angelica
14 drops Cinnamon
17 drops Cypress
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of your chosen carrier oil:
15 drops Lavender
15 drops Niaouli
15 drops Pine
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
To clear up Psoriasis, try the following recipe:
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of jojoba oil:
17 drops Chamomile (Roman)
14 drops Lavender
14 drops Sandalwood
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Treatment is by dabbing this oil blend on the area(s) affected by Psoriasis. This can be done three times a day until the Psoriasis is gone.
To clear up Psoriasis of the scalp, try the following recipe:
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of jojoba oil:
10 drops Chamomile (Roman)
35 drops Evening Primrose
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Treatment is by dabbing this oil blend on the area(s) of the scalp affected by Psoriasis. This can be done three times a day until the Psoriasis is gone. Try not to wash your hair, but every three days.
