O is for Obsession, Oily Hair and Skin, and Over-Reaction

Many of us harbor obsessions; be it a person, place, or thing. Most obsessions are unhealthy. To cure yourself of an obsession(s), try the following recipe:
Add the following essential oils to 1/4 ounce of your chosen carrier oil:
5 drops Marjoram
5 drops Orange
5 drops Sandalwood
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Place 3 to 5 drops of this blend into the dish of water on an Aroma Lamp, Diffuser, or Oil Burner. This blend may also be used in the bath, 8 to 10 drops, and/or worn as a body perfume. Continue this treatment, every day, until you are cured from your obsession(s).

Oily Hair Conditioner
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of jojoba oil:
20 drops Bergamot
25 drops Cedarwood
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Apply 25 drops of this blend to your hair and scalp. Wrap your hair in a towel and leave for two hours. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Use as often as needed.

Oily Skin Treatment
Add the following essential oils to 1 ounce of jojoba oil:
20 drops Bergamot
20 drops Cedarwood
5 drops Geranium
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Treatment is by applying 10 to 15 drops, of this blend, to the face and massage for 1 to 2 minutes, (avoiding the eyes). Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse your face with tepid water and pat dry with a clean towel. This treatment can be used twice a day.

Do you, or someone you know, tend to over-react to situations? The following recipe is a good one to keep on hand; in a cupboard, in your purse, etc…
Add the following essential oils to 1/4 ounce of your chosen carrier oil:
5 drops Clary Sage
5 drops Lavender
5 drops Myrrh
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Place 3 to 5 drops of this blend into the dish of water on an Aroma Lamp, Diffuser, or Oil Burner. This blend may also be used in the bath, 8 to 10 drops, and/or worn as a body perfume.
