A to Z 2014 April Blogging Challenge
M is for Meditation, Menopause, and Moodiness
Personally, I have practiced meditation for more than twenty years. Incorporating essential oils into my meditation practice made a profound difference. Following is an excellent essential oil recipe that will help you get started:
Add the following essential oils to 1/4 ounce of your chosen carrier oil:
5 drops Frankincense
5 drops Myrrh
5 drops Sandalwood
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Place 3 to 5 drops of this blend into the dish of water on an Aroma Lamp, Diffuser, or Oil Burner. This blend may also be used in the bath, 8 to 10 drops, and/or worn as a body perfume, (anoint the third eye, the temples, the pulse points of the neck and wrists, and behind the ears.
