L is for Listlessness, Liver, Lymphatic System
Treatment for Listlessness is by room vaporization, (place 3 to 5 drops of blend into water in an Aroma Lamp, Diffuser, or Oil Burner), bath, (add 8 to 10 drops of blend into the bath), and/or worn as a body perfume.
Recipe for Listlessness:
Add the following drops of Essential Oils to 1/4 ounce of your chosen Carrier Oil:
5 drops Chamomile
5 drops Coriander
5 drops Palmarosa
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Treatment for a Hepatic Liver if by hot compress over the Liver area:
Add the following drops of Essential Oils to 1/4 ounce of your chosen Carrier Oil:
3 drops Lemon
3 drops Lime
4 drops Peppermint
5 drops Rosemary
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Recipe for Liver Tonic:
Add the following drops of Essential Oils to 1/4 ounce of your chosen Carrier Oil:
3 drops Black Pepper
4 drops Fennel
8 drops Rosemary
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
The Lymphatic System drains and disposes of toxic waste from all parts of the body. It also drains fluids; sluggish lymph circulation results in edema or fluid retention, especially of the ankles, and cellulite in the thighs, hips, and buttocks. Treatment is by massage and/or cold and hot compresses.
Recipe to stimulate the lymphatic system.
Add the following drops of Essential Oils to 1/4 ounce of your chosen Carrier Oil:
4 drops Fennel
4 drops Geranium
3 drops Juniper
4 drops Rosemary
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.
Recipe to remove toxic agents from the lymphatic system.
Add the following drops of Essential Oils to 1/4 ounce of your chosen Carrier Oil:
3 drops Eucalyptus
3 drops Lemon
3 drops Pine
3 drops Tea Tree
3 drops Thyme
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed.

Just wanted to say again that all these different recipes are so cool and I desperately want to try some of them. 🙂 Quick question: where do you buy your oils? Are they something that you can buy at, say, a pharmacy or something? Or is there a good website? I live in an area where we pretty much just have a Walmart, so I don’t even know where to start. lol

You usually can find essential oils at health food stores, but I order mine from http://www.mountainroseherbs.com
They have high quality and organic essential oils at a reasonable price. I have been buying from them for over 10 years, and highly recommend them. 🙂
