H is for Hay Fever, Headaches, and Hypertension

Following is a very good recipe for Hay Fever:
Add the following Essential Oils to 1/4 ounce of your chosen Carrier Oil:
4 drops Citronella
5 drops Eucalyptus
6 drops Pine
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed. Place 3 to 5 drops of this blend to water in an Aroma Lamp, Diffuser, or Oil Burner. This blend can also be used in the bath, 8 to 10 drops, and worn as a body perfume.

For Headaches, try the following recipe:
Add the following Essential Oils to 1/4 ounce of your chosen Carrier Oil:
6 drops Eucalyptus
6 drops Lavender
3 drops Peppermint
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed. Treatment is by cold compress; place 5 to 8 drops of blend into a medium-sized bowl. Use a washcloth or handkerchief to dip in the cool water, ring out the excess water and place the cloth over your forehead. It is best to do this in a quiet room, while lying down. Refresh the cloth when it becomes warm. Continue as long as needed or until the headache is gone. You can also place 3 to 5 drops of this blend to water in an Aroma Lamp, Diffuser, or Oil Burner, used in a quiet room, while lying down. This blend can also be used in the bath, 8 to 10 drops, and worn as a body perfume if you do not have the luxury of being home where you can lay down.
Personally, I have had good luck with placing 3 to 4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil on my fingertips and rubbing the oil into my temples.

Following are a couple of recipes that can help with Hypertension. These recipes help to lower High Blood Pressure:
Add the following Essential Oils to 1/4 ounce of your chosen Carrier Oil:
4 drops Celery
4 drops Neroli
7 drops Rose
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed. Treatment is by arms, chest, and legs massage. Do this when you can lie down, or sit quietly for about 30 minutes.

Add the following Essential Oils to 1/4 ounce of your chosen Carrier Oil:
4 drops Clary Sage
5 drops Lavender
6 drops Ylang-Ylang
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly mixed. Treatment is by arms, chest, and legs massage. Do this when you can lie down, or sit quietly for about 30 minutes.
