Scentuality and Confidence

Ask most anyone what attracts them the most in another person, and the answer will be self-confidence. Scentuality and confidence are a reinforcing pair that go through life hand in hand. Without confidence, Scentuality is lost. Essential oils will come to the rescue. Once you recover your confidence, your natural sensuality and self-confidence will bloom.

Following is a list of highly sensual essential oils that bring deep and profound emotions, lightens the heart, and stimulates the libido:
Basil, Bergamot, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Marjoram, Melissa, Neroli, Nutmeg, Rose, Rosemary, Ylang-Ylang

A couple of recipes you might wish to try:

Blend I
Add to 1/4 ounce Carrier Oil:
3 drops Grapefruit Essential Oil
4 drops Neroli Essential Oil
4 drops Rose Essential Oil
4 drops Ylang-Ylang
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly blended before each use.
Wear as a Body Perfume.

Blend II
Add to 1/4 ounce Carrier Oil:
4 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
4 drops Jasmine Essential Oil
4 drops Nutmeg Essential Oil
3 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
Swirl gently until all oils are thoroughly blended before each use.
Wear as a Body Perfume.

Try making your own blend by mixing 2 to 4 of the above mentioned oils to 1/4 ounce Carrier Oil. Play around with your blends until you come upon several that work for you.

  1. Did you happen to see my post about aphrodisiacs? I kind of wandered on it, but included lavender and jasmine. I am always looking at these ‘potions’ you write about and am in awe of this one! It sounds lovely and would certainly smell good, too! I like citrus scents! Robin
