Today, I would like to talk a little more in-depth on one the Angelic Fragrances: Hyacinth Essential Oil.

Hyacinth Essential Oil
1 A Hyacinth

Hyacinth Essential Oil has a powerful, yet soft deep floral aroma. It contains the Physical Healing Properties of an antidepressant, antiseptic, hypnotic, and sedative. It contains the Emotional Healing Properties of calm, courage, faith, forgiveness, perseverance, self-esteem, and trust.
Hyacinth Essential Oil is very strong, so only a small amount is needed in a blend. Do not use Hyacinth Essential Oil undiluted.
Pay extra attention when purchasing Hyacinth Essential Oil as sometimes synthetics are sold as natural.
Hyacinth Essential Oil is sometimes used in aromapsychology.

The task of Hyacinth Essential Oil is to carry souls across the divide between heaven and earth. It sits so closely with the guardians that its heady fragrance drifts easily into the heavens with whatever spirit it must carry. Gentle with compassion, Hyacinth Essential Oil emanates from the flower’s heads, which balance like ballerinas upon a strong stem. So, it is with the spirit. As the time draws near for us to depart this earth, the fragrance connects us with the divine deep within our soul. It becomes one with all that we are, and assists in the letting go of earthly ties.
In meditation, Hyacinth Essential Oil has a quality unlike any other, heady and dizzy to the point of visions and prophecy.

Hyacinth Essential Oil blends well with the following essential oils:
Bergamot, Cypress, Frankincense, Geranium, Grapefruit, Lemon, Neroli, Orange, Petitgrain, Rose, Sandalwood, and Ylang Ylang.
Remember, it is best to use only three essential oils to a blend and don’t forget the Carrier Oil. Even when using in an Aroma Lamp, Diffuse, or Oil Burner it is best to dilute Hyacinth Essential Oil.

Next, we will take an in-depth look at Linden Blossom Essential Oil.
