Daily Prompt: Bloggers, Unplugged

Daily Prompt: Bloggers, Unplugged
by michelle w. on October 8, 2013

Sometimes, we all need a break from these little glowing boxes. How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
When I get overly tired and start making a lot of typos, I know it’s time to turn off the computer and take a nap; rest my weary brain.
When I’m working, which is pretty much every day, I try to get up every hour or so, walk around a bit and do some housework; washing, drying, folding and hanging Clothes; clean out or load up the dishwasher; dust a little, sweep and/or mop a little; and do a little cooking. Then I go back to work refreshed.
If I’m having a really bad day, health wise, I usually just do one post. I don’t push on those days because I know if I do, I might be down for awhile.
Occasionally, I will take a whole day and not even turn the computer on. Instead, I go to visit my grandchildren or do something fun with the hubby.
