Today’s Aromatherapy Tip of the Day: October 8, 2013 is More Clary Sage Essential Oil Recipes for Emotional Problems.

RECIPES

Stop Over-Reacting Blend
Mix together
1 Ounce Carrier Oil
15 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
15 drops Lavender Essential Oil
15 drops Myrrh Essential Oil
Shake well before each use.

Treatment is by placing 3 to 5 drops of blend in an Aroma Lamp Dish filled with water. Use these throughout the home.
Bath – Place 15 to 18 drops of blend in a warm bath and soak 10 to 15 minutes.
Body Perfume – Wear blend as you would any Body Perfume.
Massage – Place 10 to 15 drops of blend into the palm of hand and massage areas of tension. Use circular motions and add more drops as needed.

Relieve Resentment Recipe
Blend together
1 Ounce Carrier Oil
15 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
15 drops Lemon Essential Oil
15 drops Rose Essential Oil
Shake well before each use.
