Daily Prompt: The Clothes (May) Make the (Wo)man

Daily Prompt: The Clothes (May) Make the (Wo)man

How important are clothes to you? Describe your style, if you have one, and tell us how appearance impacts how you feel about yourself.
Clothes are not very important for me. I, generally, wear t-shirts and knee-shorts in summer, and sweatshirts with sweatpants in winter. That’s my hanging and working around the house style.
I don’t require brand name clothing or expensive shoes and jewelry. I’m very eclectic in my styles; I still love the Hippie Styles I grew up with; I love the Bohemian look; I love Native American dresses and styles, but only wear them when I’m going to a meeting or a Powwow.
I will dress-up, (Cato for me), when going to a family gathering, church, shopping, and anything business related.
Appearance does impact how I feel about myself, especially when going out in public.
