MUSCULOSKELETAL INJURIES
Tired Muscles Recipe
1 Ounce Carrier Oil
15 drops Camphor Essential Oil
15 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
15 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil
Shake well before each use.
Treatment is by Bath: Add 18 to 20 drops in a warm bath and soak for 20 to 30 minutes.
Body Massage: Begin with 18 to 20 drops of blend, concentrate on muscle areas that are tired, use circular movements. Add more drops as needed.
Muscle Spasms Recipe
1 Ounce Carrier Oil
15 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
15 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
15 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
Shake well before each use.
Treatment is by Bath: Add 18 to 20 drops in a warm bath and soak for 20 to 30 minutes.
Body Massage: Begin with 18 to 20 drops of blend, concentrate on muscle where spasms are occurring, use circular movements. Add more drops as needed.
