Today’s Aromatherapy Tip of the Day: October 1, 2013 is Clary Sage Essential Oil Recipes.

MOODS AND EMOTIONS

Relieving Anger Recipe
Blend 1 Ounce Carrier Oil
18 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
18 drops Ylang-Ylang Essential Oil
9 drops Vetivert Essential Oil
Shake well before each use.

Treatment is by Inhalation: 1 Sniff as needed.
Body Perfume: 4 drops of blend; 1 behind each ear and 1 on each wrist.
Aroma Lamp: 3 to 5 drops of blend added to water in the dish of an Aroma Lamp. Keep lamp in room with patient.
Bath: Add 18 to 20 drops in a warm bath and soak for 20 to 30 minutes.
Body Massage: Begin with 18 to 20 drops of blend, start at the neck using downward motions, until you reach the toes. Add drops as needed as you work down the body; Ventral and Dorsal (Front and Back).

15 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
15 drops Geranium Essential Oil
15 drops Mandarin Essential Oil
Shake well before each use.

Treatment is by Bath: Add 18 to 20 drops of blend to a warm bath and soak for 20 to 30 minutes.
Body Massage: Begin with 18 to 20 drops of blend, start at the neck using downward motions, until you reach the toes. Add drops as needed as you work down the body; Ventral and Dorsal (Front and Back).
