  1. With your aromatherapy tips would it be possible to provide some examples of how to use it? for example on this one you say it can be used as a digestive aid but I wouldn’t have thought this should be injested.

I’ve bought some Oils and Carrier Oils myself and one of the biggest issues I have (apart from what they all do lol) is how best to use them.

I’ve not got this oil though… yet 🙂

    1. I’m adding as much as is possible a little at a time. You do not ingest Essential Oils. They work by seeping through your skin into your bloodstream and/or through the olfactory system; when you inhale an oil it goes through the olfactory system straight into your bloodstream.
To use an Essential Oil as a digestive aid, you would simply do a gentle stomach massage. Lower back is also good. You can use a compress, which is simply to wet a washcloth in hot water and a couple drops of Essential Oil Blend and lay it on the stomach and/or lower back.
I hope I answered all of your questions. Feel free to contact me with questions at any time. 🙂
