Daily Prompt: Never Again

Have you ever gone to a new place or tried a new experience and thought to yourself, “I’m never doing that again!” Tell us about it.

Physical Therapy! I abhor it! By now, most of my readers know that I have social anxiety. Physical therapy and social anxiety do not mix. First visit: You are answering some fairly personal questions about yourself and your health, behind a thin sheet, where anyone close by can hear. Embarrassing!
Then you are taken to the exercise room, where 10 to 12 people are staring at you while you try to do the exercises correctly. Embarrassing!
Last time I made it 2 days and quit. Most of the exercises I can do at home by myself anyway. My doctors are sending me to an orthopedic surgeon, once again. I know they will say, Physical Therapy, and I will say, “I’m never doing that again!”
