Blend together with 1 ounce Carrier Oil
8 drops Fennel Essential Oil
4 drops Orange Essential Oil
3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
Use 6-8 drops as a stomach massage to relieve indigestion or flatulence. This blend, also, tones the muscles of the digestive tract. Place 8-10 drops in bath, scoot down in the tub until your neck is submerged, then soak for 30 minutes.
Urinary System
Blend together with 1 ounce Carrier Oil
8 drops Fennel Essential Oil
4 drops Juniper Essential Oil
3 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
This blends cleansing and diuretic properties helps clear toxins from the body, promotes the flow of urine, and helps with water retention. Use 5-8 drops for a lower-back and/or stomach massage. Place 8-10 drops in bath and soak for 30 minutes.
Skin Blend
Blend together with 1 ounce Carrier Oil
7 drops Fennel Essential Oil
4 drops Celery Essential Oil
4 drops Juniper Essential Oil

Blend together with 1 ounce Carrier Oil
7 drops Fennel Essential Oil
5 drops Lemon Essential Oil
