Daily Prompt: Goals

When you started your blog, did you set any goals? Have you achieved them? Have they changed at all?

When I started my blog, my goal was to learn. I didn’t set any time limits. I started my blog in December 2012, so I guess I’m barely past my 6 month milestone. I have read blogs, visited blogs, and have written blogs. I have learned a lot from all of you.
I have participated in Daily Stones, Daily Prompts, Booking through Thursday, Rawr’s For the Promptless, Write for Peace, and several others. I learned from them all, but the one I learned from the most, was writing short story’s for the A to Z April Blogging Challenge.
Writing a short story a day was challenging within itself, but I got good feedback on most all of my stories.
So, yes, I have achieved a lot of learning. Now, it’s time to start submitting, rewriting, and turning some of them into novels. In the meantime, I’m still learning, not only writing, but submitting, proofreading, editing, self-publishing, etc…
