Daily Prompt: Fill In the Blank

Three people walk into a bar . . .
Three people walk into a bar and find an empty corner booth. In another corner booth, a lone man sat hidden in the shadows. He watched as the two sister’s and their brother entered, sat down, and ordered their drinks. He knew exactly what their drinks would be; Sarah, the oldest, drank white wine, Gerald, the brother, drank draft beer, and Jenny, the youngest, drank scotch on the rocks.
He watched them, with their heads together, speak to each other in hushed tones. It didn’t matter that he could not hear what they were saying, he knew what they were talking about. They had just buried their mother, this afternoon, and was, no doubt, discussing the ‘Reading of the Will’ that would be held tomorrow morning.
“Let them talk,” he thought to himself. He just wanted to see their faces, in the morning, after the Will was read.
