Project FireStarter: Photo of the Week 6

Photo of the Week: 6
Posted by Project FireStarter on April 20, 2013

Hey Firestarters!

I hope you all are having an amazing day and an even better week! This week I’m going to try something new, I’m doing a ‘Street Art’ addition to Photo of the Week.

I have 3 photos of amazing street art that I think you will all enjoy, the first one is from Ochre7 on Pintrest.

I’ve seen this photo all over the internet, its so creative and detailed that it captures the eye instantly and won’t let go. One of my favorite pieces to start us off.

This next picture is again from Pintrest, Adi Dori has a lot of amazing pictures on her wall there, so I recommended checking them out. This one is right up there with the first picture for my favorites because it’s so amazing! It is so detailed and actually looks like i can see through the walls and into the building and that takes a lot of skill as an artist!

The other photo I found, was just found off of, you can just type in ‘street art’ and it will be on the first page.

This picture is so cool! Though If I saw it I would probably trip out and get scared cause I’m a spaz haha. Alot of great colors and dimension. I love how artists can sketch on the ground with people constantly watching you and can make a common sidewalk of the side of a building come to life and completely change how it looks.

I hope you all enjoyed these amazing photos of amazing street art! Leave a ‘Like’ and a comment if you want to share you’re thoughts or suggestions, I’d be happy to read any 🙂

And as always, I leave you with an art quote from George Santayana

An artist is a dreamer consenting to dream of the actual world.
My thoughts: All 3 pictures are great works of art and creativity. I can’t think of anything to add to Jacob’s thoughts.
Let the creativity flow.
