Hey Firestarters!
I hope you all are having an amazing day! Today I bring you a piece of art from Yasameen Yaseer on Pinterest.
She does alot of amazing pictures from Toronto to Egypt all over the world! Check her work out at http://pinterest.com/yasameeny/travel/ if you are interested!
This is a photo of a father and his child in Paris. I think this is both a very beautiful picture of the Eiffel Tower and a sweet picture of the relationship between a parent and their children.
I hope you enjoyed this Photo of the Week! Leave a comment if you want to share youβre thoughts on how this picture makes you feel or if you have anything to add!
And as always, I leave you with a quote about art by Pablo Picasso.
Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.

My thoughts on this picture is much like Jacob’s. The Eiffel Tower looks to be far away, wrapped in a blanket of fog and rain, (possibly symbolizing the history). In contrast, the bright red umbrellas stand out in the picture and seem close; undeterred from the rain. The linked hands of the adult and the child signifies a close relationship and may be parent and child. The parents seems in a rush for the child to see the Eiffel Tower, pulling the child along for a closer look, as if it might disappear.
Joy in sharing a piece of history with the child.

Wow, what a beautiful photo. Do you know if there was any photoshop effects applied to this? The red really stands out and creates an unmissable focal point

I don’t know. This photo came from Yasameen Yaseer who is a photographer. I’m not sure if she uses photoshop to enhance her photos or not. The point is to share what emotions the photo brings out in you. π
