Ruby Red

Last week, I thought I saw a hummingbird flying around my feeder. “No,” I thought to myself, “it’s still too cold for hummingbirds. It’s probably just a little marsh wren or a small nuthatch.” Yesterday afternoon, I saw it again, and there was no doubt in my mind that it was a hummingbird. Today I will be washing out my hummingbird feeders, filling them up, and hanging them outside. I’m so excited! I love when the hummingbirds come.
