This will be the last post on Rejuvenation Oils. When coming out of hibernation, one needs a gentle awakening. Mandarin Essential Oil is perfect for gentle awakening.
Mandarin (Citrus reticulata, Citrus nobilis)
Mandarin Essential Oil brings calm and is a tonic for the soul. It’s light, fruity aroma is soothing, yet uplifting. Mandarin Essential Oil is gentle to the skin and can be safely used on children.
Try 3-4 drops in an Oil Burner to bring gentle awakening throughout your day. It is safe to wear as a body perfume (place a drop behind each ear, on each wrist, etc…).
Blend 10-15 drops to 1 ounce of your chosen carrier oil. This blend makes a great massage oil for the young and old alike.
Place 6-10 drops (neat) in your bath for an all over calming and uplifting effect.
Happy Rejuvenating!

I suppose I should keep some mandarin on hand. I’m always reluctant to leave my cave of hibernation!

Oh, coming out of hibernation was so difficult this year! It’s still cold and snowy. I’m definitely up and about far too soon.
Would that mandarin stuff work for a Bear, like my cousin and her family you’ve pictured? Especially, would it work for a male Bear?
Blessings and Bear hugs!

I have to say, as much as I love bears, I haven’t tried aromatherapy with them. š
