Let’s Think (Day 5)

Lets Think! (Day 5)
Posted by Project FireStarter on April 5, 2013

Hey Firestarters!

Let’s think about money today. What would happen if there was no money in the world? What would that be like? What would I do if I didn’t have to earn money to survive?

Here’s What I Think..

I think if we didn’t have any money at all then we would be happier in some areas and sad in others. We would be happy because we wouldn’t have to worry about making ends meet to simply live and we wouldn’t have so much corruption and violence because money wouldn’t be here to be used as a social status. On the other hand we would be kinda sad, having a job and having a structured lifestyle based around the job gives us a purpose and lets us blossom socially by making connections through that.

If we didn’t have money then alot of things would change, who knows what would stay the same and what would be different.

I hope you enjoyed thinking with me today! Leave a comment if you want to share you’re thoughts on the topic!

And as always I leave you with a quote from Sai Baba

Life is a song – Sing it

Life is a game – Play it

Life is a challenge – Meet it

Life is a dream – Realize it

Life is a sacrifice – Offer it

Life is love – Enjoy it

  1. The purpose of money is to be a means of exchange.

One could have a job without money, perhaps a certain number of hours of “duty” towards society or being productive.
