Hope everyone is having a Great Green Day! This week’s theme in colors is going to be fruits. This suggestion came from dj at: http://djdblogginghere.wordpress.com/
If you have an idea or suggestion for something you would like to see featured in Weekly Colors, please comment in the comments section. I look forward to hearing from you!
For ‘Green’ we are going to take a look at some Green Fruits. We know from past posts that the color green is associated with Healing and Vitality. Green Fruits contain calcium, fiber, vitamin C, and many more nutrients. These nutrients help to lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol levels, support digestion, boost the immune system, and many other activities going on inside our bodies.
Green Fruits include: Green Apples, Green Grapes, Green Pears, Honeydew, Kiwi, Limes, and more.
