1 Aromatherapy Supplies
RECIPES USING HELICHRYSUM ESSENTIAL OIL

Recipe for Soothing Digestion
Blend Together
1 Ounce Carrier Oil
15 drops Helichrysum Essential Oil
15 drops Cinnamon Essential Oil
15 drops Nutmeg Essential Oil
Shake well before each use.

Treatment is by gentle massage and/or bath. Place 15 to 30 drops of blend into the palm of your hand and begin massaging the lower stomach, with upward strokes, moving on to the upper stomach, then chest and neck area. Start with 15 drops and add 5 drops of blend at a time, as needed, until you are finished massaging the neck area.
Place 20 to 30 drops of blend into a warm bath. Scoot down in the tub until your neck is completely covered. Soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Repeat as often as needed. The massage and/or bath should be performed before eating.

Recipe for Detoxifying the Immune System
Blend Together
1 Ounce Carrier Oil
15 drops Helichrysum Essential Oil
15 drops Niaouli Essential Oil
15 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
Shake well before each use.

Treatment is by full-body massage and/or bath. Place 15 to 30 drops of blend into the palm of your hand and begin massaging the feet and lower extremities, hips, stomach, and back areas, moving on to the chest and neck area. Start with 15 drops and add 5 drops of blend at a time, as needed, until you are finished massaging the neck area.
Place 20 to 30 drops of blend into a warm bath. Scoot down in the tub until your neck is completely covered. Soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Repeat once a day, as needed.

Recipe for Musculoskeletal Injuries
Blend Together
1 Ounce Carrier Oil
15 drops Helichrysum Essential Oil
15 drops German Chamomile Essential Oil
15 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
Shake well before each use.

Treatment is by massage and/or aromatic baths. Place 15 to 20 drops of blend into the palm of your hand and massage areas of stiffness and pain to stimulate local circulation. This recipe is also good for sprains and strains. For bath, you can use a full body bath with 20 to 30 drops of blend into a warm bath, or a more localized soak using 15 to 30 drops of blend, according to size of the afflicted area. Soak for 20 to 30 minutes, as needed.
