Rejuvenation Oil, Part II

I hibernate like a bear in the Winter. Now, Spring is coming and it’s time for rejuvenation. Today, I would like to talk about Cardamon Essential Oil. This is one of the lesser known essential oils, but fits right in with the theme of losing that Winter weight, colds & allergies, and rejuvenation.

Cardamon

Cardomon (Elettaria cardamomum)

Cardomon Essential Oil encourages clarity, direction, enthusiasm, and motivation. (Perfect for a bear coming out of hibernation!) It acts as a diuretic and expectorant. Cardamon Essential Oil has a fresh balsmic scent. It is a scent that stimulates awankening, creativity, and wisdom.

Add 3-4 drops to an Oil Burner for congestion relief. Use it as often as needed throughout your day.

Blend 6-8 drops to 1 ounce of your chosen carrier oil. Use 4-5 drops of this blend to gently massage the stomach to stimulate digestion and benefit from it’s diuretic properties.

Place 6-8 drops of the blend into your bath to encourage clarity, direction, enthusiasm, and motivation.

Happy Rejuvenating!
